1. Agreement to terms

This website is operated by NextStep Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "our" or "us"). By using it you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Our services

NextStep Labs LLC provides digital marketing services: Google Ads and Meta Ads management, websites and landing pages, and conversion tracking. Requesting a call is free and does not create any obligation to buy.

3. SMS terms

By checking a text message consent box on our form you agree to the following:

• Program: NextStep Labs LLC will text you about your inquiry and scheduled calls (confirmations, reminders and follow-ups). If you also checked the marketing box, we may text you about our services and offers.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP or email al.pshen@alekseipshen.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is provided "as is". NextStep Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.
