This website, sales.alekseipshen.com, and our main website, alekseipshen.com, are operated by NextStep Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Agentic Marketing Studio by Alex Pshen; "we", "our" or "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

- To send you text messages about your inquiry and scheduled calls, if you agreed to receive them.
- To send you marketing text messages about our services, only if you separately agreed to receive them.
- To send you emails related to your inquiry and the services you order.
- To provide and manage the services you order.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, NextStep Labs LLC will send text messages to the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or emailing al.pshen@alekseipshen.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business (for example, our CRM and phone provider), to comply with law, or to protect our rights.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Data retention and your rights
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing al.pshen@alekseipshen.com.
